Loaves of Love Rabbi Sruly visits Jewish patients at Melrose Wakefield Hospital and other medical facilities in the area on a weekly basis or upon request, offering comfort, reciting prayers, and gathering Hebrew names for the 'Mi-Sheberach' (Get Well) prayer to be recited in the synagogue. If you know someone in the hospital who would appreciate a visit, Rabbi Sruly is also happy to bring them a freshly baked challah on Friday, a warm and thoughtful gesture to brighten their Shabbat.
